Which Black Canyon ? The Black Canyon below Grace was OK Friday - though not spectacular- but I think you are asking about the other one.

If you are talking about Black Canyon in Emmett. I drove past there yesterday and right below the dam is pretty much unfishable at the moment because off all the water that is getting let out right now.
