As if I didn't get wet enough yesterdayemoRain I put in an MCP this morning and headed upriver. Wind was a little lighter today so I started by hitting the flats with a SB..no takers..drifted a flat with CR lizard. scratched out a limit with the largest being 3-12. She was 20 inches long so I figured she was probably quite a bit heavier prior to laying her eggs. Also nabbed a channel cat with my lizard. Little booger was the only hit I felt. All the others were just the rod was heavy when I went to pull in the line. Water temp was about 66 degrees and the fish I caught were in about 4 to 6 feet of water.
