Pond's Fillin' Up! - Simp - 05-02-2009
We have gotten about 3 straight days of rain, about half of it pretty heavy rain. The pond has been taking it in. I walked out there yesterday and I could no longer see the shores down the northern side. So it'll be good for the fish, but maybe not as much for the fishing. For me it'll make it a lot harder. But, Maybe with more water the fish will get bigger, that way when I do catch one it'll be a biggun!

It still can't decide if it is sping or winter here still. just the other day it was snowin. and last week we woke up to 6 inches on the ground. what the crap.......all well fishin still has been good. in some places

with all the snow we got this winter our lakes are up 10 to 15 ft from last year. I guess its good for the lakes, but all the spots I caught fish on the last couple years are in like 16 feet of water and i dont like fishing that deep. But the good is that there is alot of flooded brush along the shores lines [
