So I hit the lake after work. Put in at sullivans since it was so late about 6:15pm. Now I wish I had gone on down after reading a different report. Never went past browns lake tonight. SAw water from 63 to 60.5F Fished shalllllow. I think I was in the wrong place. Only caught 3, no keepers. Two on traps one on shaky head. I all my days of catching bass on traps, about 15 bass maybe, I have never had one completely just swallow the trap. I had to work hard to get this thing back. Fish lived, but man ,that small fish just killed that thing. Thought I might have a good one until it came to the top. SAw some fish really nailing some bugs on top of the water, or I think they were bugs. It sounded like rocks being thrown in the water and the splash was large. Saw about 4 or 5 of these with two about 10 feet in front of me. Saw xldvee at the ramp. Think he took all the fish I tried to catch. emoLaugh Good seeing you.
