jon the fisherman, Watts Bar, Bass, 4-8-09 - FishNews - 04-09-2009 went out in the wind and 3 ft swells, and caught a few good ones. All caught on shallow isolated cover with SB's and jigs. Water temp has dropped from high 50's to mid 50's.
