Stewarts Point - Telbone - 03-19-2009
Hey guys,
I went out with my buddy Bob today on his boat. We launched out of echo and then motored up past stewarts point about 1/2 mile. We threw out a bit of chum, not much and fished with cut shad for a few hours. Bob had the much hotter band but we both caught a fair amount of fish. Unforutunately all the fish we caught were skinny stripers with the exception of two healthy channel cats, one quite nice. It definately wasn't the best day on the lake I've had but we both caught a fair amount and I had a great time.

Hello! We fished out of Echo Bay for the first time last weekend......wonderful area of the Lake! We weren't as fortunate as you, didn't bring anything home. Had a few hits on anchovies, but not much. We did see some really nice largemouths and a few stripers, up in a cove, but they weren't hungry. Still, a beautiful day!
