<br /> With the water rising a couple feet the last couple of days, me and my mom got out today to try and see if the fish were biting.<br /> Saw alot of spotted and largemouth bass swimming up shallow and around the trees today... <br /> Started off by throwing a big white spinnerbait, missed several and landed a nice 2.5 to 3lb spaaat. It only measured 16 inches but was pretty fat. Missed a few more fish on that spinnerbait and decided to try my favorit lure, that would be the ZOOM Toad. It worked really well on getting the fish to strike. Must&#39;ve had atleast 20 fish blow the bait across top, but only ended up catching 2 more bass on it. Seems like the fish have a bad aim right now on targeting my bait LOL<br /> Thats about it for today... the water coming up has really turned the fish on, dont know why, but its always like that!
