Hi from Michigan new to float fishing - northernbassin - 03-14-2009
Hello new to the board . I just bought my first pontoon its a outfitter xp I found at costco. I am looking for diy ideas and custom add ons I could do to my rig. I`ll be doing mostly bass, walleye, and pike fishing. Also if anybuddy knows of any float tube / pontoon fishing clubs in southeast michigan that would be great. I have only fished from a float once and would like to find some fishing buddies in my area to go out with.[fishin]

Welcome Northernbassin. I am sure you have some neighbors here. Just keep us up dated and pictures are great. Just remember to resize them to about 430 wide. If you need help, just shout out!

Its a 30lb evinrude with a foot pedal. Right now I'm putting on a longer clutch cable so I can steer it. When it's all done I will post on how it handles.
