Don, a good friend, and I went to Heath Lake today. It was the last day the trophy lake was open for the month. I have only fished it once before with very little success. This was Don&#39;s first time there and he had a great day, he only caught four bass, but they had a total weight of 17 1/2 lbs. His first bass was 8 lbs., the second 5 1/2 lbs., a 2 1/2 lb. and a 2 lb. bass. He caught all four on a shallow diving green and chartuse crankbait. All the bass were caught in standing timber and stick-ups.<br /><br />I didn&#39;t have a green and chartuse crankbait. I threw almost everything I had in the boat and only caught one small Bream emoConfused <br /><br />
