Nope, but I just read an article about it in American Angler. It sounds like a pretty cool place. I'd be interested to hear about anyone's personal experiences there too.

Above the Snake river Canyon about 5/8 up the state.

I was there several years ago- it's well worth the hike no matter what way you go in- that year the lake immediately below Dry Diggins lookout had some real monsters in it, and they would hit like wild fire- but only for about an hour before sunset. saw elk and deer in there, too.
