A friend found what looked like little black worms in the skin of trout he caught at Chesterfield. Any ideas?

Parasites. You should be fine if you cut out the affected area and cook them thoroughly.

deep creek has them also i read up on it before i ate them, it said they get them from snails if i remember right. It says as long as you cook them good you will be fine.
