Costa Rica Mixed Bag- Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, Snapper, Dorado, - Quepos_Captain - 02-28-2009 There has been phenomenal fishing from Quepos, Costa Rica this season. February has been fantastic for the lucky anglers fishing the Estrella de Mar out of Quepos, Costa Rica. fifteen days of offshore fishing and the boat has raised 142 Sailfish, 8 Marlin, and a mixed bag of tuna, snapper, dorado and amberjack. 13 Sailfish were caught on fly rods on 3 days of fly fishing. Guests fly-fishing inshore landed 6 snook, 2 amberjack, and a roosterfish.
