Nelson Report - Bassmaster-ND - 02-19-2009
Took the boat out for the first time this year and went out to Nelson on Monday. It was pretty cold out and the water was steaming a lot! But I managed to catch 6 bass on jigs and rattletraps. I was fishing around the discharge. There were a couple other people fishing after I left. Nothing too big though, they were all about a pound or less.
Cant wait till it starts getting nicer out! Then the fishing will really start picking up!!
I still have a couple leaks I need to fix in the boat LOL. But it wasnt too bad. I was thinking about adding a removeable deck in it. I've seen a couple pictures on the internet and it looked like a good idea.
