Was guided today from Fishingmagician with bite starting off slow. Fished crankbaits, silver buddies and everything in between with not much luck. Finally Fishingm landed a 5# largemouth in about 2 feet of water about 9:00 on a rattletrap. Seen Churly around lunchtime and heard he had caught a toad and lost a big one. Many casts later my rod felt spongey and loaded up a toad of my own. Fish weighed 9.8 wich is odd to catch 2 fish of a lifetime that weighed the same. We caught 10 or 12 fish after that (nothing scale worthy) but all in all had a good day. All fish were caught in less than 2 ft of water on traps.<br />After getting a few pictures the big one was released.
