Dixie Boy, Chick, Crappie, 2-14-09, HS - FishNews - 02-16-2009
Put in at 8am, left at noon with 13 keepers. Fished all over the lake up here. Caught maybe 75 short fish. Big fish was 14.5" 2lbs. Caught on a Monkey Town Jig, white/blue/chart, & bluegrass Bobby G. on 1/16oz heads. Tons of fluttering/dying shad everywhere, I think most of the keeper crappie are gorging themselfs.
