Bprice, Guntersville, Bass, 2/7/09 - FishNews - 02-08-2009 <br /> Wow today sucked... we had been on some fish in the past two weeks and all patterns didn't work out for us. My partner stuck one 3 lber on an outside channel bend on a pointer at 0900. That was the only bite of the day. Yes, the ONLY bite of the day. We threw everything at them, and worked everywhere from 1 foot of water w/ stumps to channel ledges as deep as 25 feet. As Rod said, the cows where laying down today for most of us.<br /> <br /> Around 2:45 (weigh in was at 3) we decided to stay out and try to figure something out and skip the weigh in. Needless to say we wasted 2 hours working channel breaks where we marked bait. I am not sure of the weights as of right now, but should know later tonight, and I will post.<br /> <br /> We struggled to find warmer water, most of what we found was 41-44 degrees. Bring on the warmer weather!!<br /> <br /> Good to see ya'll Al and Karl!
