Norton Bay, Salmon Falls Creek Res. - idaagman - 02-01-2009
A friend and I fish Salmon Falls today. There was about 8 inches of ice. Late in the day there was minor open water along east side. We caught three trout. 16, 18, and 20+. Did not see much other action. We fished in 9 feet of water.

had a friend call that he was out at Norton Bay today and caught 1 perch and he heard of another perch being caught, I think were on to something[crazy]
It's sure been slow this year on the catchin but the fishin is a blast[
]Todahy I was involved with my other passion, fly fishing, Magic Valley Fly Fishers had their membership fund raiser banquet tonight and it was a blast as usual, my wife & I even won a prize.
