Hole 33 - dee_pee - 01-11-2009
New to the post, but have been fishing Mead for over a year. Started fishing 9 am on the shore at hole 33....slow all morning...caught 5 fish between 1pm-3pm......in the one and two lb range with cut bait. Set my pole down behind a large rock and had a huge fish drag it 8 ft to the edge of the water.....thought I was going to lose my pole. Grabbed it right before it went into the water and it was heavy....snapped as I picked it up. Had the drag on it and never even had a chance. Maybe next time.
