Online Fly Line Selector - BigFishingShop - 10-11-2008
Hi all, was looking all around at stuff related to fly fishing as I would like to delve into it and found "Fly Line Selector" at Scientific Anglers new site.
It is a series of questions you answer like "What species are you fishing for" , "What is your level of experience" , and you check the appropriate box.
And several questions later it offers you recommendations for fly line. It was an educational experience for me as I know very little and if nothing else, it was fun and exposed me to a few more new terms.
Now, I have questions like, "What is the difference between Weight Forward and Double Taper line ??", so a visit to their site was indeed beneficial. It is a Manufacturers site so there are no prices to look at but I found it easy to navigate and informative, BFS
