Finally was able to wet some line(pics) - migrod - 09-21-2008
After catching plenty of African Tilapias
and Bluegills, I decided to throw my
d&m custom swimbait in baby bass color
and hooked up with some nice bass.
This one hit like a mac truck. I gave this
lake a break for a couple of months. It
really helps, the bite was great today.

The sport of Bass Fishing is so much better when we do our part on conservation. Big Bass will get bigger when they are released to be caught another day.[cool]

I'm mostly a catch and release angler.
I might eat a fish here and there, but I
fish mostly for the sport. Specially in
lakes and ponds, catch and release is
important. Also just giving the lake or
pond a break all together is good, when
you do come back the fish recuperate. The
small ones have grown bigger, and the wary
ones have grown less shy. Thanks for the nice
