Master 180 reel, Help!!! - Old_Chipper - 09-05-2008 Have a Master 180 fishing reel thats needs a good cleaning. I can't find anything about this reel? I hate to take it apart without a parts diagram. Who made this reel and are they still around. Does anyone have one? Some reels had their parts list of the box lid. I'll pay for any copys etc. thanks [signature] Re: [Old_Chipper] Master 180 reel, Help!!! - tubeN2 - 09-05-2008 Welcome to Bigfishtackle and thanks for your question. The Master brand of rods and reels are right out of the Chinese market. The closest match is the Penn 9 level wind. The Mater 180 is the a knock off from the Penn 9. You can do a google search for the Penn 9 diagram and that should give you an accurate exploded view of the parts and the order of their placement. Just remember to put oil on the bearings and grease on the gears and on the guide track of the level wind.[cool] [signature] |
