Wiper on the fly - NVWalt - 09-04-2008
Went out to willard and did some bank fishing by the south marina yesterday. Saw lot's of shad in close and the wind was still enough to cast, so I tied on a flashy white streamer I made up and low and behold after a couple casts I got my first wiper on a fly. All I can say is what a hoot. Fine fish to catch on a fly. Sorry, no pics as I don't have a camera but I am sure you all have seen a guy with a fish
