This is good news.
The few times I've been to the "Berry this year, I've thanked the DWR guy who's doing the quagga certification.
Looks like boaters are doing a great job so far, too. And apparently, boaters who launch in many waters are taking the time to spray down their boats at the cleaning stations. Good on them.
But all it takes is one bad apple.
