Glendale 8/7/08 - Leaky33 - 08-08-2008
Learned my lesson, I think,
Got there about 11 am, all sorts of trailers, trucks, etc. there. Looked out into the lake, no one there? Decided to try for some bassies anyway. Ok for a while. About 2:30, cuuldn't stand the pummeling from the boats and skiers so I quit. [mad] During the time I was on the lake I caught an even dozen with 1 keeper (16 in). There's a lot of good fishing there but not my cup of tea with all the young uns and boaters. Sparky had a great time as usual, waves don't bother him. I'll wait till fall to try again. Had been thinking about Twin but I expect the same problem there. Am I right? Next trip is Weston, no boaters there. Maybe I need to toughen up and become more tolerant?[:/]

that was you i thought it might be i was there playing over by the docks with my daughter and wife just soaking up some sun and water. done alright eh gotta a question for ya what do you use over there might i ask maybe thats a no no question i dunno but thought id ask.

What the heck man,
You should have come over and said howdy! I don't mind telling at all. I was using a 5" wave worm (Tiki-Stick), Pumpkin/black flake (actually brown in color) from wall mart on #4 circle hook, wacky style with a small split shot up about 12". That ain't my "go to plastic" but that's what I use to weed out the small guys. Next time say howdy!!!!!!!

Every once in a while he tries standing on my fins for relaxation but I don't let happen too much, hard on the legs and hampers my fishun. [:/] He just swims around me, shore wads, visits shore people (get them to play fetch from the water or steals their food), or comes in to make it harder to land a big un. [crazy] You should have seen his reaction when he met up with his first big Tiger M. [
