do blue gill, green sunfish and other sunfish taste the same? just wondering because i was going to catch some for a meal tomorrow also can someone give me a good recipe that is fairly simple but still tastes good

They taste virtually identical. The only difference that you will notice in taste will depend on the type of water that you catch them from.
We do have a bunch of recipes on the recipe board. I will pull them up to the top of the board over there so that you can find them easier.
Just choose a recipe that you like and feel free to use it.[cool]

You are most welcome. Just remember one thing.
Any of the recipes can be used for any of the types of Panfish. Just because the recipe says Crappie, it is also good for the Blue Gills, Sunfish, Bream, Shell Crackers and so on.[cool]
