Devil Creek - me_and_myboy - 07-07-2008 I fished Devil creek res Saturday. The fishing was fast and furious...I am sure they were planters because they were all carbon copies, 14 - 14.5 inch rainbows. I remember somebody saying something about kokanee in devil's creek but they didn't show up. ![]() Wanted to try Glendale but I was worried about boaters and traffic. I will be trying it soon though. Hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th! [signature] Re: [me_and_myboy] Devil Creek - catchandrelease - 07-07-2008 I fished Glendale on Saturday for about 2 hours. If you fish the upper end the boats aren't that bad. I didn't have any bother me. The fish was okay I missed a lot of hits. I'm sure they were Bluegill and Crappie. Between my Dad and I we ended up with 10 nice bluegill and crappie. I brought them home and my boys loved them. And what did you use. [signature] Re: [rookiefisher] Devil Creek - me_and_myboy - 07-09-2008 Fished from my float tube down by the dam. I had the most luck with nightcrawler/power egg combo taken deep with a small egg sinker. Some experimenting was required to locate the depth where the fish were holding. Good luck.
