went to currant creek res. today and had a great time catching
16 fish between the three of us. Trolling and spincasting worked for us, with rapalas and lil' jakes. nobody else on the lake, beautiful weather, wonderful view. fish were holding on the bottom in 30- 45 feet of water.

Was there any Ice on the res or snow on the bank?

there was no ice on the water, road was in great condition, and the only snow was on the upper ridges on the north side. water temp was about 42 degrees. have fun!!! most fish caught were in the 10 to 13 inch range, and mostly cutthroats
