happy fathers day.....to all - cast-tothe-left - 06-15-2008

] Now I didn't get out to fish today.....but relaxed and changed the water a few times....But I have to say my wonderful wife.....(bless her heart) gave me a father's day card and then said ....she was sorry but she splurged and bought me a new fly rod. I have several , so was quite surprised when she said that to me.
She came back and in in her hand was my new fly rod.
Or I guess I should say it was a "fly swatter" with a handle that would hold a reel......the label on the swatter was"my fly rod". When I got through laughing.....I gave her a hug and a kiss....
Just thought I would pass on how "my fathers day" went.
