Other than Bass Pro Shop and Kittery Trading Post, where are some tackle shops with a large variety of freshwater equipment/lures?
I reside on the Mass/NH border and I'm looking for something close.

have you tried Northern Bass Supply in Brentwood NH. If you ever fish the Pawtuckaway reservoir (great bass spot) be sure to stop in at Moutain Road Trading Post for supplies and local info.

Wildlife Taxidermy is in Manchester right near Lake Massabesic and has a pretty good selection of gear. Also live bait, fishing licenses, rods and reels, and hunting gear.
