I don't know if this should go here, or in "General". Oh well, I guess a mod can move it, if needed!
So... bored and wide awake, I decided to play with my pets. Cats are being lazy, so that leaves the fish. It's funny how they'll all go zipping after the red dot of a laser pointer. Which got me to thinking...is a laser pointer legal as bait?
Artificial light is legal. But would it be considered chumming? The book says chumming is with 'substance'... well, light is energy, and therefore not substance...I think. Or maybe game fish don't even care about lasers, like my Mollies and Guppies do?
Just some random curiosity at 3 A.M.
