The good news is Both Long and Grand Lakes are open and should be ready for this weekends Walleye Opener. Lake Huron around Rockport is producing Brown Trout, Budd suggests going about a ½ mile out, around 65’ of water and fish close to the bottom use flutter spoons or stick baits, he say Alpena Harbor has been good as well. 9th street dam is producing Steelhead and Walleye, use flies or spawn
