It's the off topic board so anythings ok here!!

He is one of the greats. I love(d) to watch him play. He just seems like an all around nice guy.

It's a great time for him to go out. They finally put some talent around him and he had a good year. Broke some records and won games. Great time to go out. On top.

You never know about Aaron, us Cheeze Heads knew that the day would come when we would have to fill Brett's position with a new QB and Aaron did play well in our loss to Dallas we just have to give the guy a fair shake. Just won't seem the same without the 38 year old "Kid" playing, he was fun to watch win or lose. [Smile]

Now he'll have more time to ride his motorcycle [Tongue]. He had a great career, one of the finest QB's ever if you ask me.

Truly one of the greats. Good to go down with a winning season, and not milk it out like Joe Montana.

As a cheesehead myself, I'll tip a beer for Favre this autumn, and try not to lament too much. He'll do fine for himself, and the game was fun to watch when he played. Never knew what would happen.

But I thought the same when Bart Starr retired, Fuzzy, Max, Paul, Ray and the list goes on, but hey someone new comes into the game and takes their place.

That's what time does to all of us.
