Kootenay Lake info - Kodiak1 - 02-21-2008
Hi, I am a regular on the Idaho site, and will be heading up to Kootenay Lake in mid-May for some fishing. I have downriggers, etc. and would like any info on fishing this water. I am thinking about fishing the Kaslo area. Is fishing good during this time, and in this area? Is it like our Pend O'reille--big fish but lots of time needed to connect? I will also be fishing Coeur d'Alene for chinooks on the way up, and wonder if I would be better just spending the extra time there. Any info would be appreciated. Kodiak
