Plunkers - DrownedDesertRat - 02-03-2008 Lately, every time I read the TGF reports for Oregon it mentions something about the luck that "plunkers" are having with steelhead fishing. My question is this: What in the world is a plunker? Or, what is plunking? I'm clueless!
