I announced to my fellow moderator a couple days ago to let them know first and now im anouncing to everyone that i will be stepping down as a moderator on big fish tackle.

Careful now Ken, we could get banned for hijacking or something!
Tarpon fishing was awesome until the Polar Express hit on New Years. It was nuts for those first two weeks.
We had a fish-kill all along both coasts after new years as water temps suddenly plummeted from the high 70's into the high 50's and low 60's. Its just now coming back a little. No picutres of tarpon yet though. I'm fishing alone, and they're too dangerous to even get close to the boat, much less lift out of the water. That's now slightly illegal in Florida enyway. I've had two jump into the boat already, but luckily no damage, just slime and crap everywhere. Besides, I'm the new anti-fish-photo guy, remember? LOL I may take a couple of in-the-water shots for you though. I posted a snook and cuda a few days ago on my site. Been getting lots of those even after the chill.

Man--this heat gives me such a gosh darn flippin' attitude!
