graphite and lightning? - yellowsub - 07-25-2001 Can anyone messageboard member provide info. as to the conducting capabilities of my nine foot graphite rod? I was told that graphite is a good conductor of electricity and as such I have my qualms about using it when it is raining for fear of being electrocuted. Rain is not so much the problem.
