OK... What is your fish of choice when it comes to the dinner plate? Favorite seasoning? On the grill, a hot skillet?

For me, not much beats fresh perch in a lite flour batter on the stove top. Of course putting a nice salmon fillet on the grill with some cajun spices sauteed in butter really hits the spot.

Mine would have to be some nice Stiper fillets on the BBQ or even some good Trout fillets with eggs for breakfast.[cool]

I really enjoy trout dipped in egg and then in Bisquick fried crisp in shortening with some rice pilaf on the side...mmm. Is it lunch time, yet?

I would have to go with Crappie filets with fresh garlic and lemon.

I would probably go the BBQ route too, but I'm usually catch and release.
