Plotting my revenge - riverdog - 11-07-2007
Did get out yesterday to chase the big browns. I have to admit I got whupped. I sight casted to about a dozen 20 inch plus browns. Had 5 strikes but only hooked 1. Unfortunately even that one popped off a tight line after about 5 seconds. Since it'll probably be snowing by the weekend, work will have to wait and I'll try again tomorrow. Beautiful day and I did manage to land a dozen and half smaller (14-18 inch) browns in a couple hours. If anyone has off and wants to come send me a pm. I won't start fishing until about noon.

No luck on landing the big browns today either. Saw a few but not nearly as many as last time out. Pats fan did you guys have any better luck when you headed down stream? I caught 4 more with the biggest being 17 inches. Maybe I'll try the Weber this weekend.

I only caught two 12" cutts and that was it. Didn't even see any others. But it was a great looking canyon thanks for the tour.
