Has anyone been fishing below Hoover Dam / Going on vacation after Labor day, imfo would be much appreciated.

Not recently, but the buzz is some big stripers are in the upper river. Try AC Plugs forum. Action usually dies off around beginning of Sept.

[cool]Hey mactuna, you should also call ahead to find out about road closures and weather. The road leading down to willow beach is in a wash at certain sections and will be filled with debris after a thundershower. Last year it was closed for about 3 weeks because of a flash flood.

Thanks. Remember when flood went thru the park down below. That caused the hotel too be closed.
