Can you, and has anyone fished the ponds on Hill Air Force base near the south end?

The pond on the south end of the lake is not a pond that has fish in it but there is a bigger pond on the west side of the lake that you can catch fish from if you are under 19 years old and you must buy a special license that the base sells to it's military members. WH2
