We had very similar results to what we had last week-even with the cooler te,mps and unsettled weather.
We launched at about 6:40 and started out trolling flatfish, Rapala CDs and floaters and a Krocodile behind a dodger. Caught fish on the rapalas.
Oddly, flat fish, which were the "hot ticket" last week did not produce at all this week. Had most success with Rapala CD7. Also had success with a purple humdinger behind a slingblad dodger.
Dad, again, caught the only smallie--a 14 inch-very healthy looking fish on a deep diving shad rap.
Total count: 8 rainbows in the boat, 3 long line released, 1 smb. All fish were released.
We also saw someone catch a nice walleye in our spot while we were busy getting unsnagged from a rock. Curses.
