Kids panfish tournament in Detroit Lakes. - hattrk4me - 03-12-2003
On Little Detroit Lake in Detroit Lakes, MN
Kids 12 and under (must be accompanied by an adult)
Free to all kids under 12
Saturday March 22nd 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Must be present and registered at 11:00 for grand prize drawings.
First 300 kids on the ice will receive a free jig pole and tackle box.
Entrance will be down by Zorba's
I'm not sure what the grand prizes are, but I do know they have a lot of bikes that are going to be given away.

It went ok, there was about 80 kids. And the Sunfish bite was good, nothing real big but they had fun. I think the largest fish was 7 3/4".
