I own my own heating and air conditioning company and i am looking to hire a new installer with or with out experiance i can train if needed we do mostly new construction and furnace change outs central air add ons so if you or somebody you know need a job let me know thanks

Does the job pay an hourly rate or does the rate depend on the job? My son works in a sheet metal business but mainly does welding. He is interested in new job opportunities but doesn't want to drop below what he is earning now.

It would be an hourly wage depending on experiance if you want to have him pm his experiance we can go from there
