Strawberry 3/24/07 - MGB - 03-27-2007
Fished the Berry just outside the strawberry marina Saturday. Had the line in the water at 6:00am, the catching was steady untill 9:30am, caught 10. The biggest was a 24 incher. After 9:30 it slowed down only caught 2 from 9:30 - 3:00pm. The ice was 18" plus about 4" of roughten ice on top. The surface had 2" of crust then 2" of water on top of the good ice. Walking was not too bad early but around 2:00pm I would break through.
