Toyota Texas Bass Classic - FishNews - 03-26-2007
In addition to the $1 million purse for the First Annual Toyota Texas Bass Classic presented by Enterpirse Rent-A-Car, the tournament will feature other extraordinary prizes:
The Big Bass Award...Toyota and Lucchese Boot Company will award a special Lucchese edition of the all-new 2007 Tundra, including a Stetson hat and Lucchese boots with embroidered Toyota Texas Bass Classic logo, to the angler who catches the biggest bass in the tournament. The value of this prize is approximately $48,000.
Texas State Record...Toyota and Skeeter Boats will provide $100,000 and a new Skeeter boat should any angler catch the new Texas State Record during the Pro-Am or Toyota Texas Bass Classic tournament days. The standing state record was caught at Lake Fork and is 18.18 lbs.
The Toyota Texas Bass Classic presented by Enterprise Rent-A-Car will be held at Lake Fork April 13 - 15, 2007.
