east canyon report - ROYTROUT - 03-25-2007
GOT THE BOAT OUT TODAY AND WENT TO EAST CANYON. WE DID PRETTY GOOD TROLLING WITH A RAINBOW RAPALA. WE CAUGHT 9 FISH A FEW NICE ONES BUT MOSTLY 12-14 INCHERS. ONLY A COUPLE OF BOATS ON THE WATER BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE ON THE SHORE. OVERALL NOT TO BAD IT JUST FELT GOOD TO GET BACK OUT ON THE WATER!!!!

I have worked 15 minutes from East Canyon for the last year and have never fished there. Sounds like I need to get the boat out of mothballs and get up there.
What size and kind of raps? What speed were you trolling?
