View of the Grand Canyon from Mead - Mead_Stripers - 02-15-2007
Here's a photo of the Grand Canyon from Mead. I believe you can only see portions of the Grand Canyon when you are near the Temple Bar Marina. You definitely cannot see it from the Boulder Basin or Overton Arm. You may be able to see it from the largest basin (I believe it's the Virgin Basin) but I do not suspect that a lot of boaters go through that area.
