Costa Rica fishing regualtions - BobFrapples - 02-12-2007
I am headed to Costa Rica in September and will be staying near Puerto Viejo. What are the fishing regulations or is there a website that explains where I can fish and what is legal? Thanks.

I haven't been down there for several years and the regs could have changed. Here is a link to a site. Check way down towards the bottom. There is alot of valuable resources on it.[cool]
