Fishing Near White out conditions. - davetclown - 02-03-2007 cold cold day, Ice filling the hole faster than ya can dip it out, wind a howling like a wolf baying at the moon in the mid winters night, snow devils spinning up every where, people running for shelter from adverst conditions. me, I just set kept dropping my line in my hole looking for fish dinners. while just less than a hundred yards a total and complete white out is raging on.... Looks we will have ice for at least another week...[] With 0 to 6 inches of ice we are calling day by day. Today the winds hit 30 mile gust. even I will hold off on 30 mile an hour winds....
