We’re midway through the winter trout-stocking season. More than 35,000 trout have been stocked statewide so far, and the fishing just keeps getting better. It’s definitely not too late to get outside with family and friends and enjoy some winter trout fishing in a Program pond near you. Trout are biting very well on PowerBait and mini-marshmallows in Program ponds. Water levels are excellent in Rock Creek, and fish are biting on PowerBait, Roostertails, and nymph patterns.
